Putting yourself first can be hard, especially when you are so used to putting others’ needs before your own. As women, we have a tendency to lean more towards doing this for the people in our lives which can lead to burnout, feeling unappreciated, and regrets.
Anna Stewart was a teen parent who struggled with her identity and confidence for years. She found herself people-pleasing so much that she completely lost who she was in an attempt to be accepted and useful to others. Eventually, she reached a breaking point and realized she was just existing and not living. Anna took a journey inward to discover who she was and chose to start living for her. Now she coaches women on how to get clear and confident in their identity so that they can validate themselves and live in authenticity.
Join us this week as Kimberly and Anna get real about what it means to be a heart-centered woman, combat people pleasing, and define confidence.
